NSRI USA Deploys ExtraHop's Application Delivery Assurance System

NSRI, the IT division of a global Japanese shipping company and a marine transportation provider, reportedly has streamlined their application delivery support system by deploying ExtraHop’s Application Delivery Assurance system.

 

The deployment has reduced NRSI’s troubleshooting time by more than 70 percent and has improved network and application performance by more than 60 percent. The installation of the ExtraHop system in the network does not require any configuration and takes less than 15 minutes, officials say.

 

NSRI is extensively using the ExtraHop Application Delivery Assurance system for increased visibility, faster troubleshooting, and ultimately better application performance, noted Application Support Manager for NSRI, Kurt Shubert.

 

The company has seen outstanding results as a result of ExtraHop deployment that has helped them bridge the communication between the application support and network teams. Shubert said that this has resulted in reduced MTTR, lower operational costs, and improved customer satisfaction.

 

With the ExtraHop Application Delivery Assurance system, NSRI’s Application Support and Network Operations teams are able to share visibility across all key application systems and also accelerate the processes of application troubleshooting and system tuning.

 

In addition to complementing existing network and systems management tools, the ExtraHop system provides an additional layer of visibility that provides deep insight into application protocols and real-world transactions.

 

The enhanced visibility and more streamlined process provided by ExtraHop system has helped NSRI to increase IT efficiency and reduce time to resolution.

 

Jesse Rothstein, chief executive officer for ExtraHop said that the company created the ExtraHop solution to help today’s IT organizations do more with less, see deeper into their network, and resolve complex network issues faster.
